There is a $5 per box per delivery fee per day for Exhibitor Shipments into the hotel. For Pallets there is a charge of $10 per day and anything over 50 lbs, there is an additional $1 per pound.

Load in/Load out Instructions:

• Small boxes may be unloaded in hotel's front driveway and carried by cart to the exhibit area.
• Larger items can be unloaded on our back dock.
• Truck delivery-no trucks over 12'2 may deliver directly into the hotel's back dock; If your truck is over 12'2, you may unload it on the street at the back dock area, however, you will need a liftgate. Please request this from your delivery company.
• Contact the hotel shipping/receiving department 1-817-870-2100, if you plan on shipping 20+ packages in order for, storage to be arranged.
• To ship packages out, provide label and the Banquet Captain will arrange for your packages to be taken to the shipping department or the hotel can provide return shipping labels (credit card information is required at the time of shipping request) The hotel preferred shipping company is  Fed-Ex, as they will pick up by request, at no extra charge to you.
• At the conclusion on the event, please make sure the proper arrangements have been made to have your materials shipped to another address. The hotel will not be held responsible for any items left after the conclusion of the event.

Hotel Reservations: We are requesting all exhibitors to make their hotel reservation at the Sheraton Fort Worth   Hotel and Spa. Please note the host hotel, Hilton Ft Worth is for the soldiers only.
